TimeMe.com's timer stopwatch products let PC users use their PC as a timing device to time a meeting, class, test, presentation or event. Some of their timer stopwatches are free with ads, others have no ads and they charge for them. They have Web-Internet-Online timers and standalone PC versions for desktop and laptop computers.
