It’s a mobile-friendly web application. Start a trip on Kitestring, and they will check up on you (via SMS) to make sure you’re okay. Reply to the message (or check in on the website) to confirm your well-being. If you don’t check in before your ETA, we’ll alert a list of emergency contacts that you set up ahead of time. Of course, you can always extend your ETA or check in early. This is an Open Source project and freely available. International SMS rates may apply outside the United States.
