World University and School is a Global, Virtual, Open, Free (planning for all 3,000 - 8,000 languages, e.g. Wikipedia is in more than 300 languages, and in all countries). University & School with Great Universities' Open Course Ware, using a Wikipedia with MIT OCW model, and planning free (bachelor, M.D., I.B., law and Ph.D.) degrees. In addition, WUaS facilitates: a) people-to-people teaching; b) online, WUaS Schools in the Emerging World especially in One Laptop per Child Countries; and c) and is an Educational, Wiki Meta-Directory for Everyone.
