The Contracting and Organizations Research Institute (CORI) K-Base
http://cori.missouri.edu/pages/ksearch.htm

CORI's K-Base library contains over 690,000 contracts. Most of the contracts in the collection are executed agreements made available in public disclosure filings or in filings with a regulatory agency. Currently, the collection is primarily drawn from filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC's) EDGAR Database. The required disclosure filings made by publicly traded companies frequently contain contracts that are of material interest to investors. CORI has downloaded, extracted, and categorized these contract filings to make them more directly available. The collection of contracts is dated at this point and we are not currently updating with new material. We are exploring opportunities both to expand the collection and to modernize the interface to be more efficient and user-friendly, as resources become available. In addition to the primary collection, special collections that were previously available only in hardcopy are now available in the v1.1 CORI Digital Library Collection. These collections includes HMO-Physician agreements, sports stadium leases, container shipping contracts, and more, and is full-text searchable. This collection is made available for educational and academic use. Researchers that use contracts from the collection should acknowledge CORI in their papers. A notice of publication or copy of papers using contracts from the collection would be appreciated. This will be added to Business Intelligence Resources Subject Tracer™. This will be added to Entrepreneurial Resources Subject Tracer™. This will be added to the tools section of Research Resources Subject Tracer™.
