October 2002 starts off on the roll with two national radio interviews. October 1st at 8:55am EDST I will be interviewed for 30 minutes on Langer Broadcasting that will be aired to 50 stations on talk show "AM Chronicles" hosted by Carl Abrams. At 10:30EDST I will have a return visit to WZYX (near Nashville) and Jeff Pinnington's "Sound Off" talk radio show. On both shows I will discuss "How Bots and Intelligent Agents on the Internet Will Change Our Lives". The resources that I will be mentioning are available here.

I was interviewed this morning by Jeff Pennington on his "Sound Off" show broadcast on WZYX in Cowan, TN (close to Nashville). We discussed how bots and intelligent agents will change our lives. September will be a busy month with various presentations and radio talk show interviews. I will be speaking in Memphis on September 16, 2002 to the Center for Customer Experience Leadership (CCEL) Best Practice Forums on Channel Optimization and Personalization: The Role and Impact of Bot Technology.

I will be the keynote speaker at the Florida Direct Marketing Association Annual CEO Summit to be held in Ft. Lauderdale on September 19, 2002. The title of my presentation will be "Searching the Internet Using Brains and Bots". A complete summary, description and the links that I mention can be found here.
