September will be a busy month with various presentations and radio talk show interviews. I will be speaking in Memphis on September 16, 2002 to the Center for Customer Experience Leadership (CCEL) Best Practice Forums on Channel Optimization and Personalization: The Role and Impact of Bot Technology.
I will be the keynote speaker at the Florida Direct Marketing Association Annual CEO Summit to be held in Ft. Lauderdale on September 19, 2002.
