Web Ontology Language (OWL) Is a W3C Candidate Recommendation

W3C is pleased to announce the advancement of the OWL Web Ontology Language to Candidate Recommendation. OWL is used to publish and share sets of terms called ontologies, providing advanced Web search, software agents and knowledge management. Comments are welcome.
