Yellow Book: Health Information for International Travel 2003-2004
http://www.cdc.gov/travel/yb/index.htm

The Yellow Book is published every two years by CDC as a reference for those who advise international travelers of health risks. The Yellow Book is written primarily for health care providers, although others might find it useful. A biennial publication such as this cannot remain absolutely current, given the speed of global travel and disease transmission. Therefore, use the Yellow Book in conjunction with the resources on Travelers' Health Website. The CDC posts current information there promptly, including:

* notices about changes in vaccine requirements;
* disease outbreaks;
* drug availability;
* emerging infections.
