Squeak
http://www.Squeak.org/

With the Squeak programming system, they have made some delightful and powerful educational applets. If you are a student, parent, or teacher, please jump over to their newly redesigned SqueakLand.org website, and download some great educational projects. Squeak is an open, highly-portable Smalltalk-80 implementation whose virtual machine is written entirely in Smalltalk, making it easy to debug, analyze, and change. The image above was created in Squeak, and illustrates several of Squeak's abilities, including the ability to scale and rotate bitmap images at any colour depth, anti-aliased TrueType fonts and vector graphics. Squeak has many more features..... Squeak comes under an open source license, meaning that you can download and use it for free. What are you waiting for?
