This is an attempt to explain RSS and its benefits to the casual Web-using instructor in 15 minutes or less. The reader will learn what RSS is, some advantages it offers, and how to find, subscribe to, and read RSS feeds. The reader is asked to complete three brief tasks to demonstrate the skills required to use an RSS aggregator. Suggestions for further exploration are offered.
