UN Calls On Private Sector To Bridge Digital Divide http://snipurl.com/6yik
A new report from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) says global ICT corporations could play an important role in narrowing the digital divide in developing countries by mentoring, training and assisting local businesses. The UNDP says discussions are ongoing with global companies such as Microsoft and HP on how they can best contribute to the issue.
