This new journal publishes research papers that address fundamental problems, both conceptual and algorithmic, that arise in dealing with large complex information networks such as the Internet. Broad in scope, the journal will allow for flexible adjustment to the evolving needs that arise in real-life applications and the theoretical foundations.
