The Internationalization GEO (Guidelines, Education & Outreach) Working Group publishes information to help people understand and use international aspects of W3C technologies. In the past month, the group published "Using Character Entities and NCRs," "Using Link to Localized Content" and "Ruby Markup and Styling," as well as numerous updates and translations.
