International Journal of Computational Intelligence (IJCI), is a scholarly peer-reviewed, interdisciplinary, quarterly, international scientific journal focusing on theories, methods and applications in computational intelligence; artificial neural networks, fuzzy systems, evolutionary computation and hybrid systems. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical, and will be peer-reviewed. Articles submitted to the journal should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the journal and are subject to both review and editing. IJCI covers all areas of artificial intelligence, publishing refereed research articles, survey articles, and technical notes. IJCI reviews papers within approximately one month of submission and publishes accepted articles on the internet immediately upon receiving the final versions.
