OneWorld South Asia (OWSA) launches open archive initiative to promote sharing of development thoughts for peer review using open archiving software customised to suit the need. This initiative archives research work, working papers, articles and presentations on aspects of information and communication technologies for development. We encourage all authors to publish their respective work with due credit of authorship for the common benefit. There is no membership fee for either publishing or accessing any material from this site; therefore it is available for all. Thia will be added to Academic Resources 2005 Internet MiniGuide. This will be added to Academic and Scholar Search Engines and Sources White Paper.
