Texas Journal of Distance Learning (TJDL)
http://www.tjdl.org/

The Texas Journal of Distance Learning encourages, collects, and shares scholarly knowledge and best practices about all aspects of distance learning emanating from educators, administrators, students, and other interested parties in the state of Texas. The Journal actively seeks scholarly work that is empirically or conceptually based and has a strong relevance to distance learning in Texas that has not been published elsewhere, and is not under review or consideration by other journals. Online submissions are coordinated by the Association for the Advancement of Computing in Education (AACE), an international, educational and professional not-for profit organization dedicated to the advancement of the knowledge, theory, and quality of learning and teaching at all levels with information technology. This will be added to Education and Distance Learning Resources 2006 Internet MiniGuide.
