The 1:4M-scale Topographic Database of the National Fundamental Geographic Information System of China(1:4M DB) is derived from the 1:1M-scale Topographic Database of the National Fundamental Geographic Information System of China. The contents of the 1:4M DB are: main rivers (level 5 and above), main roads, railways,cities (county and above), boundaries (county boundary and above) and so on. The data are divided into 6 layers. This has been added to Reference Resources Subject Tracer™ Information Blog.
