IBS Journal of Science is an open-access, peer-reviewed general science journal published termly online, by a group of research students in the United Kingdom. IBScientific is a nonprofit organization of professionals, scientists and students committed to making the world's scientific literature a public resource. This journal is aimed at an international level of excellence by incorporating top tier reviews and original articles. It is a window for academic excellence and a hub for academic networking, collaboration and peer-to-peer communication. In this journey of discovery, they unveil a great potential and readiness for such a step in the highly competitive world of scientific publication. It is not their aim to compete at impact factor level, but is a goal that they strive to achieve. Their aim is to establish a journal that publishes all aspects of academic endeavours, focusing on the scientific and technical merits rather than the accepted dogmas in different academic disciplines. This journal will also be a minaret for mainstream advances in science, engineering, technology, arts and social sciences in both the advanced nations and the developing ones. It will promote collaboration between all scientists, and try to inseminate the nucleus of south-north scientific dialogue.
