Personnel Psychology: A Journal of Applied Research
http://www.blackwellpublishing.com/journal.asp?ref=0031-5826&site=1

Personnel Psychology publishes applied psychological research on personnel problems facing public and private sector organizations. Articles deal with all human resource topics, such as selection and recruiting, training and development, job analysis, performance appraisal and feedback, compensation and rewards, legal issues, labor relations, work attitudes, motivation, and leadership. Articles mainly report original empirical research, but other types of articles (especially critical state-of-the-art reviews of the research literature, and also theory development and other conceptual articles) are also published regularly. There is no minimum or maximum length requirement; length should be commensurate with contribution. The journal serves a diverse audience: psychologists working in organizational settings and consulting firms, operating personnel managers and academicians in psychology and business departments with interests in personnel and human resource management. This will be added to Healthcare Resources 2006 Internet MiniGuide.
