A Translation of Denshi Joho Tsushin Gakkai Ronbunshi, the Transactions of the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers of Japan. Systems and Computers in Japan is a translation of the principal Japanese periodical in information engineering, computer systems, and cognitive science. The journal publishes papers on computing theory, algorithms and computational complexity, computer architecture, hardware and design, advanced digital circuitry, software theory and systems, formal languages, interface devices, fault-tolerant computing, information security, automata, databases, speech and image processing, computer graphics, pattern recognition, artificial intelligence & cognitive sciences, computer applications, neurocomputing, and biomedical applications of digital technology. The views expressed in this journal are exclusively those of the Japanese authors and editors.
