Journal of Mathematical Sciences The University of Tokyo
http://journal.ms.u-tokyo.ac.jp/

The policy of the Journal of Mathematical Sciences the University of Tokyo is to publish original research papers in the mathematical sciences including pure and applied mathematics. Further, it is also our policy to publish the journal in a paper format as well as electronically on the Internet. Precisely speaking, manuscripts older than one year are made available on our home page in a PDF format. As of 1998, the J.Math.Sci.Univ.Tokyo (in abbreviation) consists of four issues annually. Prior to that time, the journal was published in three issues annually. In April 1992, Graduate School of Mathematical Sciences was established as a new institution of the University of Tokyo. The previous two Departments of Mathematics of the University, one belonging to the Faculty of Science and the other to the College of Arts and Sciences, became independent of the respective upper institutions and joined the new institution. The .Math.Sci.Univ.Tokyo was started on this occasion. It is a continuation of two preceding journals: JOURNAL OF THE FACULTY OF SCIENCE, THE UNIVERSITY OF TOKYO, SECTION IA, MATHEMATICS (1925-1993), and the mathematical part of SCIENTIFIC PAPERS OF THE COLLEGE OF ARTS AND SCIENCES, THE UNIVERSITY OF TOKYO (1951-).
