The mission of Journal of Organizational Excellence is to:
Provide their readers with timely information on the techniques and strategies that organizations around the world are using to excel - that is, to effectively enhance their performance and competitive position in a global economy - while providing a rewarding work experience for their employees. Journal of Organizational Excellence is directed to business and government executives, productivity specialists, and consultants. Authors must keep this readership in mind. Articles should be informative, analytical, and practical, but not highly technical. They seek material that will offer their readership new insights into, and new approaches to, productivity and quality. This will be added to Business Resources 2006 Internet MiniGuide.
