PPAR Research
http://www.hindawi.com/GetJournal.aspx?journal=PPAR

PPAR Research is a multidisciplinary journal devoted to the publication of original high-quality, peer-reviewed research articles on advances in basic research, as well as preclinical and clinical trials, involving Peroxisome Proliferator-Activated Receptors (PPARs). PPAR Research provides a unique opportunity to bring together a diverse scope of studies in a single publication, with the aim of integrating knowledge and promoting a comprehensive understanding in the field of PPAR research. Published research encompasses, but is not limited to, the following areas:

* Molecular features of PPARs and their obligatory heterodimer partners RXRs
* Biological processes involving PPARs and/or their obligatory heterodimer partners RXRs
* Discoveries of natural substances and synthetic agents that act as PPAR or RXR modulators
* Preclinical studies and clinical trials involving modulators of PPARs and/or RXRs

The fields of interest include, but are not limited to, the following disciplines:

* Aging and Aging-related Diseases
* Atherosclerosis
* Cancer
* Diabetes
* Immunity
* Inflammation
* Infertility
* Obesity

Besides welcoming manuscripts that address subjects in any of the above disciplines, PPAR Research also encourages the submission of manuscripts with interdisciplinary approaches. This has been added to Biological Informatics Subject Tracerâ„¢ Information Blog.
