School Libraries in Canada (SLIC) Online is a journal of the Canadian Association for School Libraries. CASL's mission is to provide national support for the development and maintenance of exellence in Canada's school libraries, media centres, and school library personnel. Founded in 1980 (Volume 1 Issue 1), SLIC is a national forum for teacher-librarians in Canada and promotes articles of interest on a broad range of topics from collaboration with the classroom teacher to information technology/literacy skills needed to prepare students for life-long learning. Content in English and/or French.
