Shuush is a prototype by BERG. It's a web-based Twitter reader that displays the updates of the people you follow in relation to the frequency of their tweets. It aims to amplify the people that don't usually get heard, and scale back those with frequent updates. Each follower is assigned a frequency level, from 1-11. This has been added to the tools section of Research Resources Subject Tracer™ Information Blog.
