They are a community of people who have ideas and build them. Everything here is a collaborative effort including the vision, development, design and marketing. Features include: a) Work Together - Assembly products live beyond the confines of traditional companies. There are no investors, shareholders, or even employees. Instead, a global community creates and owns products, together; b) Contribute Skills - The entire process is a collaborative effort, including vision, development, design, and marketing. Anyone can make a contribution and all contributions are rewarded with an ownership stake assigned within each team; and c) Share Success - Collaborators participate in the success of their products. Each product has App Coins, which are earned by contributing work. When that product earns money, everyone gets a share of the profits.
