https://afterlogic.org/aurora-files

Your files in your cloud on your rules. Aurora Files is an open-source file storage platform for small teams and personal users. Features include: a) Private cloud - Self-hosted on your infrastructure, you stay in control over your data; b) Corporate storage folder - Share files and folders with your teammates; c) DAV protocol - Access your data with any WebDAV client, including the standard Windows Explorer; d) Branding and white-label solutions - Rebrand Aurora Files with your colors, styles and images; e) Mobile apps for iOS and Android - Access your files from any device; f) Desktop sync (Dropbox-like) for Windows - Enables two-way sync of a user's local folders and the cloud, for both personal and corporate storage; g) Public links - Enable access to folders and files for everyone with the link; h) It's a Platform - i ) Handy for developers, makes it easier to customize code, perform integration with other systems, create and maintain your plugins; and i) Paranoid Encryption - Aurora Files includes Paranoid Encryption module which provides strong AES-256 browser-based encryption. File content is transmitted to the server in encrypted form only, encryption keys are never transmitted to the server at all. Thus, even if the entire data from the server was stolen, your encrypted data is still safe: any data on the server cannot help decrypt encrypted files without the keys.
